Start Your International Career in Lisbon
Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?
Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon , with positions starting in September & October . You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
️ You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customers through social media and digital platforms.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Italian , spoken and written.
- English B1/B2 .
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute .
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.





Contract & Benefits
- 12-month contract , with possibility of renewal.
- 40 hours/week , 8-hour rotating shifts.

Salary
Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance premio (to be disclosed).
With Company Accommodation:
€1,040.68 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
