The opportunity
We are a leading worlwide industrial profitable and growing player of advanced battery systems for demanding mobility and mission-critical applications.
Two strategic growth platforms—Rail electrification and Data Centers—are entering a next decisive phase.
Our established Rail activity is scaling a new lithium-ion solution in addition to the current systems , while our Data Center business is launching a new generation of products across international markets.

Your mission
Depending on your experience, you may focus on Rail or Data Centers markets. In every case, you will combine market development, customer engagement,
opportunity shaping and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop a fact-based view of customers, projects, competitors, technologies and routes to market.
- Identify, qualify and develop strategic opportunities across Europe and selected international markets.
- Support regional sales teams with account strategy, opportunity prioritisation, customer engagement and value propositions.
- Lead or support complex bids and sales cycles, including solution positioning, pricing, negotiation and contract award.
- Build relationships with end users, OEMs, operators, integrators, consultants, partners and technical influencers.
- Translate customer expectations and competitive intelligence into product, engineering and R&D; priorities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain alignment between commercial ambition, technical capability, delivery and risk.
