Our client is an international company operating in the beauty and retail sector, currently undergoing a significant digital and technological transformation.
The organization is evolving its business model and IT landscape to improve performance, scalability, and system integration.
We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS ANALYST who will play a key role at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to strategic IT projects and acting as a functional reference for business teams.
The first major mission will be the replatforming of a key business application , a strategic project expected to last approximately 1–2 years. The successful candidate will be involved throughout the entire process, from gathering and formalizing business requirements to testing, deployment, and user adoption. Following the implementation, the person will become the key application expert, supporting its continuous evolution in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT projects end to end, from business requirements and functional design through development, testing,
deployment, and implementation.
Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
Coordinate project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, monitoring progress, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Contribute to the selection and implementation of software solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Define and coordinate functional testing, acceptance activities, and data migration.
Support the deployment of new applications and the evolution of existing solutions.
Provide functional support to users and contribute to training and change management activities.
Ensure the consistency of solutions with business processes and requirements.
Become the functional expert for the new platform, supporting its continuous improvement and maximizing its value for the business.
