For our Sales Team department we are looking for a Injection Molding Specialistwith immediate effect to further expand our business. You will support or manage complex and critical projects and work with internal teams, customers and production. In addition to working with customers and production partners, you will actively shape your work environment and collaborate with all critical interfaces. Good ideas are implemented quickly at our company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. Your working day is exciting and varied, the environment is international.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Sales Team and manufacturers across Europe and Asia in order to prepare quotations;
- Analyzing incoming 3D CAD part design for High Pressure Injection Molding, High Pressure Die Casting, other tooling technologies;
- To optimize part 3D CAD design and improve part design feasibility issues when business needs require this;
- Attend pre-sales meetings with Sales Team and external customers via video-calls, support technical questions/answers for potential projects.
- Higher engineering education in one of the following field: High Pressure Injection Molding Mold Designer, Thermoplastic processing engineer, Plastic parts design engineer;
- Experience in an engineering role on a production floor with plastic processing OR in a development of parts suitable for molding/casting processing;
- Expert knowledge of thermoplastic processing: plastic part design rules for a feasible injection molding process
