At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join one of our clients' team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet company objectives

and exceed sales targets.
- Managing the full sales cycle: communicating with leads, scheduling

meetings, closing deals, following up, upselling, and handling all activities that

drive revenue growth.
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales performance metrics, providing regular

insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Designing and implementing business strategies that expand our customer

base and strengthen market presence.
- Communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both

internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.




- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer

expectations.
- Collaborating with marketing, onboarding, finance, and legal teams to refine

and improve the entire customer journey—from lead generation to account

management.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, including quarterly results and

annual targets.
- Staying ahead of emerging markets, new product developments, and

competitor movements.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales within the trading or platform industry.
- Experience or network within the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of the trading market and the technical mind to understand how the different moving parts work.
- Strong connections to UBO or DMs within brokerages and prop firms.
- Ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
