The Role
Who We Are Looking For
Key Responsibilities:
- Scouting & Analysis: Identify, analyze, and evaluate land suitable for traditional photovoltaic plants, Agrivoltaic systems, and BESS facilities.
- Feasibility Assessment: Analyze land constraints (zoning, environmental restrictions, grid proximity) and assess development potential for specific energy technologies.
- Permitting Support: Manage cadastral checks and support bureaucratic procedures required for authorization.
- Negotiation: Handle initial negotiations with landowners and draft preliminary agreements.
- Collaboration:
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to align site selection with engineering and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree or technical background in Agronomy, Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QGIS is required; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic experience with cartographic, territorial, and cadastral frameworks. _Knowledge of agricultural practices (for Agrivoltaics) is highly valued._
- Language Skills:Italian (B1) is highly recommended for daily team interactions and local negotiations; Good English (B2) is mandatory for internal reporting and international documentation.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Italian civil contracts (specifically preliminary sales/surface rights agreements) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and aptitude
