Position Summary:
As aSupply Chain Specialist II, you will play a critical role in supporting supply chain operations for sterile pharmaceutical products and services.:
Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers, you will ensure coordination across internal functions to guarantee product manufacturing, release, and delivery in line with customer demand.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Demand & Planning:
- Manage customer demand by reviewing forecasts and purchase orders
- Identify demand variations and align closely with the Planning team
- Create, manage, and maintain accurate customer order data within SAP, ensuring timely processing and data integrity
- Generate and update reports to support decision-making
Operational Coordination:
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal functions to ensure alignment on production, release, and delivery priorities
- Drive cross-functional coordination (Planning, Production, Quality, and Logistics) to secure timely product release and on-time delivery (OTIF)
- Participate in daily business unit meetings, actively representing customer needs and priorities
