As a result of this breadth, along with A&M;’s growth, we are expanding the tax practice rapidly at all levels and looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist into the Employment Tax Team.
Role Overview
Our international network of experts manages all aspects of employment tax to help clients managing their employees in the most tax efficient way.
We assist clients on employment tax and payroll due diligence reviewing and analysing companies payroll process, tax withholdings and compliance frameworks typically used in M&A; transaction.
We support and guide clients to implement Global Mobility Policies to support international hiring and cross border moves. We manage corporate and individuals’ obligation from a tax and social security point of view.
We develop compensation packages based on the needs of the clients. We guide our clients in implementing business trip and tax neutralization policies, we implement welfare programs and advice on vantaggi in kinds.
We advise on equity compensation programs to align the employees’ interest with the company goals. We structure equity plans to optimize the tax
