Job description HR Admin International Internship

Who we are looking for:
As an HR Admin International Intern, you will be involved in the following activities:
- HR Administrative Support
- Support the management of core HR administrative processes, including contract preparation, hiring, onboarding, time tracking, and employee terminations.
- Employee Data Management
- Maintain, update, and archive employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare HR reports and support data analysis to monitor key HR metrics and support decision-making.
- Compliance and Legal Support
- Support compliance with company policies and local labor laws across different countries.
- Invoice Processing & SAP Shopping Cart Management
- Process invoices and purchase requests using SAP Shopping Cart.
- Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure smooth and accurate accounting operations.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or Employment and Labor Consultancy;
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;
- You possess solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- You demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset;
