EIV is the only advisory company dedicated to online marketplaces. We help founders raise growth capital from VCs and PE growth funds, for rounds of $20M-$200M. We also run sale processes for Founders / leading shareholders when it’s time to exit, and we advise Private Equity on the largest buy side transactions such as AutoScout24, Idealista and Adevinta.

The Role

EIV is growing the team by recruiting an intern. Key tasks include:
- Researching new capital raising clients
- Writing pitch decks for our clients
- Financial modelling and analysis of marketplace unit economics and KPIs
- Managing outreach to founders and investors
- Helping to market EIV to potential clients and investors such as by writing, short insightful articles on marketplaces and how AI is transforming them
- A completed Masters degree in Finance, or Business weighted towards Finance
- Strong research and analytical skills




- Strong excel and powerpoint skills and their AI equivalents
- An early adopter with respect to productivity enhancing AI tools, such as to automate investor outreach and follow up
- Completely fluent in spoken and written English (native speaker / bilingual)
- A highly resilient self-starter, motivated to deliver excellence and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Terms & Conditions

Compensation will consist of a base salary and a discretionary bonus. The level of the premio will depend 100% upon the intern’s personal output, according to a set of pre-agreed quantitative and qualitative criteria.
