As Store Manager, you'll be the heart of the store: leading the team, driving performance and bringing the Flabelus universe to life every day.

Sales & Customer Experience
Create a warm, memorable and personalised experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.
Bring the Flabelus story, values and collections to life through every customer interaction.
Organise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Store Operations
Ensure the store is always beautifully presented, organised and aligned with Flabelus visual standards.
Oversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
