Armundia Group is looking for a Business Analyst for the Insurance area
- Location: Milan
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Sector: Insurance / Bancassurance

The role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage data analysis and validation, supporting testing activities and resolving any issues or anomalies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and implemented solutions.
- Work autonomously in identifying critical issues and defining solutions, producing structured functional documentation.
- Participate in delivery, deployment, and roll-out phases of solutions at client sites.
- Manage client relationships through presentations, operational support, and user training activities.
- Support on-site assistance and maintenance activities, ensuring the correct functioning of solutions.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodological and process standards.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Experience in bancassurance projects and life and/or non-life insurance solutions.
- Knowledge of key industry regulations (e.g. IDD, customer profiling).
- Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
