Position:
Moon Boot is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Campaign Showroom Assistantto support the team during the upcoming sales campaign. The role will be specifically dedicated to clients in the CH/AT/DE area, and key responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team in daily operations, including scheduling sales appointments and handling back-office tasks;
- Ensure the organization, upkeep, and presentation of the showroom, always maintaining the brand’s image and attention to detail;
- Work confidently with Microsoft Excel to manage reports, sales analyses, and data tracking;
- Support the team in using and updating CRM systems and sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in Sales Support or Showroom Assistance roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry;
- Fluent English, German and French (CH/AT/DE), both spoken and written;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment;
- A genuine passion for fashion;
- Collaborative mindset and a client-oriented attitude.
