About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our products on the production line. You will ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Assembly
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
to ensure consistent quality.
Testing & Inspection
- Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and quality checks.
- Verify that products meet specifications and compliance standards.
Equipment Operation
- Operate and maintain test equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper setup, calibration, and handling of tools.
Troubleshooting
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or process deviations.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues.
Documentation
- Accurately complete production records, logs, and test reports.
- Maintain traceability and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Process Improvement
- Contribute ideas to improve production methods, workflow, and efficiency.
- Support initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working env
