EU Business School grad, 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, remote on a contractor basis.

CareerSet is a remote EdTech start-up on a mission to help students get hired. We work with careers centres at 100+ universities and business schools to improve student employability.

While employers and recruiters use increasingly advanced recruitment systems, we help create a more level playing field for students and job seekers. Our tools enable them to improve and tailor their CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, practise for interviews and gain career insights. Our solutions support over one million students worldwide.

As an Account Executive, you will play an important role in driving CareerSet’s growth by managing the full sales cycle and building client relationships with our European customers and prospects.

We already work with leading universities and business schools, including Cambridge, LSE, Audencia, Nova SBE,



RSM Erasmus and SDA Bocconi. Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a B2B customer-facing sales role, ideally within software or SaaS
Bachelor’s degree/business school degree

Carrying out business development through email, LinkedIn and calling
Conducting online product demonstrations and sales conversations
Maintaining sales activity and account plans in HubSpot
Managing relationships with prospects, customers and partners

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
Full flexibility to work remotely and independently
Your base location is flexible. Candidates based outside the UK would join as independent contractors and invoice CareerSet monthly.
