Role Description This full-time Operational Specialist role is an on-site position based in Milan. The Operational Specialist coordinates and oversees daily relocation activities, ensuring that services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations. Responsibilities include managing service requests, scheduling and tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous process improvement. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, resolving operational issues, and providing clear updates to clients. The Operational Specialist contributes to optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of new procedures and tools.

Previous experience in relocation, logistics, or service operations is beneficial.
