The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you’ll take a proactive, front-foot role in driving growth across Western Europe — targeting organisations operating in the cardholder, loyalty,
and member benefits ecosystem.
This isn’t an account management role.
This is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively target and win new business across financial services, fintech, travel, mobile and membership sectors
- Identify, engage and convert opportunities in the cardholder and member benefits space
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market expansion across Western Europe
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Spot opportunities within both new prospects and existing clients to maximise revenue growth
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and delivery teams to drive client succe
