GTM & Product Management: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products across European markets, including product selection, new product introduction, localization, launch scheduling and phase-out planning.
• Business Performance Management: Monitor key business indicators, including net sales revenue, sell-out, gross margin and market share; Pricing & Competitive Strategy: Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, competitor portfolios and pricing movements,
and develop and adjust product pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain sales forecasts and coordinate with supply and delivery teams on purchasing, inventory, days of supply and production plans to ensure on-time launches, stable product availability and healthy inventory levels.
• Marketing Management: Work with HQ, regional and local teams to develop and execute product marketing plans, including campaign planning, marketing budget coordination, traffic investment and promotional activity management;
• Sample & Compliance Management: Manage the complete sample lifecycle, including sample requests, allocation, registration, delivery, lending, stocktaking, return and disposal, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
