As a Senior Sitecore Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital experiences through modern front-end technologies. You’ll lead development initiatives, translating technical and business requirements into intuitive, responsive, and high-performing web applications. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape solutions that combine strong engineering with thoughtful UX. You’ll champion modern development practices, testing, documentation, and performance optimization. The role also offers an opportunity to mentor junior and mid-level developers and influence technical standards across projects. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation, quality, and continuous learning are highly valued.
Accountabilities
Lead the design and implementation of high-quality front-end solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand needs and deliver effective digital experiences.
Develop clean, efficient, tested, and well-documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible applications optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
Develop interactive prototypes to explore and validate innovative UI solutions.
Drive the adoption of modern development standards, tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
Ensure implementations consistently follow branding guidelines, UX standards, accessibility considerations, and performance best practices.
Conduct browser testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and development standards.
