About The Role
As a Junior Revenue Manager at Smartness, you’ll join our Revenue Management team and work closely with hotels and hospitality businesses across the Italian and DACH markets.
Your role will be to support our clients in making better revenue decisions through data, technology, and the Smartness SaaS platform. You’ll learn how revenue management works in practice, develop your analytical skills, and gradually become a trusted point of contact for our customers.

What Will You Do? ?
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Customer Support & Consulting: Work closely with hotel clients, understand their needs, answer questions, and support them in getting the most out of the Smartness platform.
- Revenue Analysis: Monitor hotel performance, market trends, pricing, and other relevant KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Revenue Optimization: Support the Revenue Management team in developing and implementing pricing and distribution strategies based on data and market insights.
- Platform Adoption: Help clients understand the Smartness platform, its features, and the best practices to use it effectively. For the Ultra segment, you’ll collaborate closely with the dedicated onboarding team.
