Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA "Metalmeccanico Industria".

and skillsTasks and Qualifications:Responsabilities:Power of attorney for safe execution of the projects in his/her area of competencyDisciplinary & professional management of the team MU Site ManagersEnsuring / continuous improvement of quality in assemblyEnsuring know-how transfer between the various construction sitesDocumentation of assembly problems & ensuring that information is fed back to our quality department or product managementCross-project escalation management as well as personnel deployment planning & capacity planningCross-project assurance of project execution in terms of quality, deadlines and costsCross-project reporting on the current status of work in the projectContinuous improvement processes & with the adjacent departmentsMain contact person for the adjacent departments for cross-project topicsContinuous training of the team & ensuring compliance with our standardsSales support to validate the estimations for upcoming projectsFinancial forecast related the internal resources
