About the Role:
As a Category Activation Specialist, you will support the Chocolate team in executing activation plans across multiple categories, including snacks, tablets, eggs with surprise, bites, and more. You will contribute to translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution, ensuring strong brand visibility across different retail channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will support the execution of Category Activation Plans for each sales cycle, contributing to the development and implementation of in-store visibility initiatives and promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinating the development and production of POS materials, you will work closely with creative and production agencies to ensure quality, timing, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- You will support the management of the activation budget by monitoring costs, processing purchase orders, and tracking project investments.
- In collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will help coordinate promotional mechanics such as out-of-shelf activations,
contests, and coupons, ensuring smooth execution in the market.
- By supporting the creation and planning of POS materials and promotional assortments, you will contribute to accurate forecasting and ensure the availability of the right tools to support sell-in and sell-out activities.
- You will also contribute to the execution of key seasonal activations, including Halloween and Carnival, and support the ongoing development of the Kinder Momenti Insieme promotional platform, helping deliver engaging shopper experiences and strengthen consumer loyalty.
About You:
You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
