During your first 12–24 months , you will focus on mastering our sales process, building your territory, delivering strong sales results, and developing coaching and mentoring skills.

Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Promote premium-value industrial maintenance solutions to B2B customers.
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Leadership Development
Become an expert in the company’s sales methodology.
Demonstrate strong planning, forecasting, and territory management skills.
Develop mentoring and coaching capabilities alongside experienced leaders.
Progress into recruiting, training, and coaching new Sales Representatives upon successful completion of the development program.
