Job Overview
This role sits at the intersection o f software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier manageme nt, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Quality Throughout Development
Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases
Proactively detect, escalate, and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction
Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch
Represent the Voice of the Customer
Bring customer expectations and quality requirements into
