Position:
During this internship, you will join the Global Retail Excellence Department at the Milan HQ, supporting the team across key initiatives and projects. You will contribute to the effectiveness of the function with a focus on Digital Learning and Client Experience.
Job responsibilities:
Digital Learning
- Support the administration of the Loro Piana _Digital Learning Retail _app, contributing to the overall Digital Learning strategy
- Collaborate in the creation, review and update of digital training editorial plans and materials, with a focus on Product Training content
- Ensure alignment with defined guidelines, templates, translation processes, and quality standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of digital learning tools and solutions
Client Experience & Analysis
- Support the analysis of Client Experience tools, contributing to the creation of reports and presentations across different cadences and needs
- Develop the ability to independently navigate dashboards to extract data, identify key insights, and detect anomalies
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative training KPIs to support deeper insights, contribute to the sharing of findings, and the development of action plans
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across projects
Profile:
- Master’s Degree in Humanities, Management or Economics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
- Team working attitude and flexibility
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
