Job Title: Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South
Location: Monza, Italy. This is an on-site role
Language Requirements: Fluent English & Italian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial
Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmceutical sector is REQUIRED.
How will you make an impact?
Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
What will you do?*
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
- Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
- Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
- Proactively sourcing talent
- Facilitating debrief meetings
- Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
- Building Talent Pipelines
- Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
- Participate in projects as needed

Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
Experience
- Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
