Accountant - Investment Fund

Daily bank reconciliations and General Ledger review:
- Uploading invoices, monitoring accounts payable and managing relationships with suppliers
- Preparing journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded
- Monthly preparation of prepayments and accruals
- Budget variance analysis
- Analysing financial data prior to day 3 month-end closure and resolving discrepancies
- Review of monthly operating expenses and budget variance analysis
- Preparation of various tax and regulatory returns
- Monitor and produce monthly suppliers' payment run
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Produce monthly management accounts
- VAT returns
- Reviewing contracts
- Payroll

Investment fund| Fluent English
- 10 years of experience in Accounting
- Advanced in Excel
- Degree preferred but not necessary
- Great communication and organisational skills
- English B2
