Ustyle is an AI company for fashion e-commerce. We build systems that generate content at scale for online fashion stores: product and catalogue content, recommendations, and creative for marketing and advertising.
Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to work on live advertising campaigns for our fashion clients. This is a hands-on role: you will work on real campaigns and real budgets from the first weeks, not on exercises.
Please note this is a curricular internship only. We can host candidates who are currently enrolled at a university or training institution able to activate a curricular internship agreement (convenzione di tirocinio curriculare). We are not able to offer an extra-curricular internship or an employment contract for this position.
What you will do
Help plan, build and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for our fashion clients
Work on the product feeds and catalogues that power Shopping and dynamic ads
Produce and adapt ad creative: images,
short video, and copy for Italian and international audiences
Track performance and prepare reporting: spend, ROAS, cost per sale, funnel drop-off
Research competitors and trends in fashion e-commerce
Support for outreaches with clients.
Who we are looking for
Currently enrolled and able to activate a curricular internship agreement
Genuinely active in marketing or digital marketing. A project, a channel, a shop, freelance work, a university project you actually cared about. We care more about what you have done than about your grade
Any hands-on exposure to advertising platforms is a strong plus: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
Interest in or experience with fashion and e-commerce
Comfortable with numbers. You should be willing to open a spend report and say what it actually means
Italian and English
