In this role you enable the sales organization by delivering information, content, and tools to boost effectiveness. You will optimize buyer interactions to grow pipelines and nurture relationships, working across Sales, Marketing, and Global Communications. You translate buyer behavior and GTM insights into ongoing training and materials that align with company goals. You’ll analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and deploy improved methods, contributing to a mission-driven healthcare technology leader.

- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies with information, content, and tools for sales teams
- Optimize buyer interactions to build pipelines and opportunities
- Create and deliver content to prepare sellers to meet business goals and identify client needs
- Use sales metrics to identify effective strategies and quantify impact
- Evaluate and deploy new deployment methods for sales enablement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure cross-functional support
- Experience in sales support, marketing support, commercial operations, or customer-facing coordination
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, distributor, or field support environments would be an advantage
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and languages relevant to the region would be beneficial
