About the Company
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the business development and sales of our overhead crane, gantry crane, and electric hoist product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in capital equipment sales within heavy industry, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for crane and hoisting equipment across assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, steel fabricators, automotive plants, and heavy machinery manufacturers.
- Conduct site surveys and technical consultations to understand customer lifting requirements and recommend customized overhead material handling solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, ROI analyses, and competitive quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, project owners, and maintenance engineers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer site meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting lifting equipment standards.
