Job Responsibilities

1. Assume full responsibility for the financial accounting operations of the Italian subsidiary, including completing accounting processing, expense review, accounts receivable and payable management, capital management, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation. Coordinate with headquarters to complete data reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, ensuring the financial compliance and smooth operation of overseas entities.

2. Liaise with local Italian tax authorities, banks, and auditing agencies to handle tax reporting, audits, and tax inspections. Be familiar with local financial and tax regulations, manage financial risks abroad, and implement the group’s financial systems in overseas subsidiaries.

3. Serving as the liaison between the domestic headquarters and the Italian subsidiary, synchronizing information between the two locations, and completing various specialized financial and management tasks assigned by the headquarters.

4. Coordinate with other financial and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications required.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as financial management, accounting, or auditing.



Priority will be given to candidates holding a junior/intermediate accounting qualification.

2. Language requirements: Proficiency in either English or Italian is required, as one of the working languages. Ability to independently handle financial documents and engage in business communications with local entities.

3. 2-4 years of comprehensive financial accounting experience, with preference for those having experience in manufacturing, overseas subsidiaries, and international finance; will undergo a six-month pre-job training in Taizhou, followed by long-term residence in Italy.

4. Familiarity with overall accounting and tax reporting processes, proficiency in financial software and Excel, and experience with SAP is a plus.

5. Able to adapt to life in a foreign location, possesses cross-cultural communication skills, is resilient under pressure, is meticulous in work, and can handle a combination of financial and personnel administrative duties.

Other

1. Upon joining, undergo six months of training at the headquarters in Taizhou to familiarize yourself with the group’s systems and business processes. Once comfortable, you will be sent to Italy to reduce the pressure of adapting to a new environment abroad.
