SAP FI-CO Specialist

Role description
We are seeking an SAP FI-CO Specialist to join our Group IT function.
Reporting to the SAP FI-CO Coordinator, the role will support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Translate business requirements into SAP FI/CO configurations and functional specifications
- Support SAP projects across all phases, including analysis, testing, deployment and post go-live activities
- Act as a reference point for SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment across implementations
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional SAP teams to define business processes and solution design
- Provide user support and system adjustments when required
- Coordinate external consultants and support project delivery
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations
- Good understanding of SAP data structures and module integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
- Previous experience in consultancy environments is a plus
- Experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Reporting tools (e.g. BW, BO, SAP Datasphere, SAC) is a plus
Work Environment
Hybrid working model, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working remotely.
What We offer
- Employment contract: Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
- Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €38,000–48,000, depending on experience
