For our store in Roma we are looking for an experienced Assistant ManagerJob DescriptionTo act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store ManagerSupport the Store Manager in guiding the teamPromote a positive and professional team environmentParticipate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing teamIn accordance with the Store Manager,
