Sales Representative Life Science (B2B Services)Join Mascolab, a Masco Group CompanyMascolab, part of Masco Group, is a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries, providing high-value analytical services and process validation solutions that support quality, compliance and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a Sales Representative with a strong scientific background and a passion for business development. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, helping them identify solutions that support their manufacturing and quality objectives.Your MissionAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding Mascolab's presence across Northern Italy and selected European markets, developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the customer portfolio within pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted partner.Promote Mascolab's analytical services and process validation solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing.Conduct customer meetings,
presentations and technical-commercial negotiations.Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business development objectives.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsDegree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or related fields.Several years of experience in B2B sales of services, preferably analytical services, or products and technologies for pharmaceutical manufacturing.Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.Strong results-oriented mindset and business acumen.Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and Europe.Nice to HaveExperience in the sales and distribution of pharmaceutical process filtration solutions.Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing or GMP environments.Fluency in an additional European language, particularly French or German.Why Join Mascolab?Opportunity to work within a growing and innovative company that is part of Masco Group.Exposure to international markets and leading pharmaceutical organizations.Dynamic, science-driven environment where expertise and initiative are valued.Professional growth opportunities within a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
