BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a PMO Controller to be involved in IT projects for a client in the Insurance Field in Italy. **PMO Controller**:
**Main Activities**:
Managing overdue receivables reporting analysis;
Updating the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
Coordination of the central and local billing process;
Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
Contract management;
Monitoring adherence of project timeline with the decided schedule plan;
Ensure precise and timely reporting of the main financials KPI for monthly meetings with Top Management;
Management of communication and relations with the stakeholders involved. **Requirements**:
From 2 - 4 of working experience in complex contexts in IT Budget Governance activities, preferably in Finance, Controlling, Procurement IT or Budget Management;
Degree in Finance Management, Accounting, Economics or related field;
Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;
Optimal Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. LI-DNI
