In such a dynamic and motivating context, we are offering an **Internship opportunity** in our Human Resource Department, within the **HR Administration & Management** **Team**. The Intern will support the team in providing HR Services in the following main activities: - Hiring process (set up contracts and documents related to personnel; internal and external communication; etc.).
- Support the HR Information Systems’ maintenance and accuracy.
- Prepare reports by collecting,



analyzing and summarizing data both for internal and external clients.
- Manage employees’ requests. Profile **Technical Skills**: - Master’s degree
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations as a plus
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP HR/ SAP SuccessFactors/ HR Managements tools as a plus
