pRINA is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager (PQCS) to join a major Oil Gas project in Milan. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating supplier quality activities, supervising vendor inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and international quality standards. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliAct as the focal point for supplier quality matters between client, project team, vendors and inspectors. /liliCoordinate and supervise vendor inspection activities and inspection personnel. /liliReview technical documentation, material requisitions, supplier quality documentation, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /liliDefine inspection strategies and inspection assignment packages based on material criticality. /liliCoordinate Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs), factory inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). /liliMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and Saudi Aramco standards. /liliManage non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up corrective actions.
/liliPrepare quality and procurement progress reports for project management. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pulliDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. /liliProven experience in Supplier Quality, Vendor Inspection, Quality Control or Procurement Quality activities within Oil Gas, Petrochemical or Industrial projects. /liliExperience coordinating inspection teams and managing supplier quality activities. /liliGood knowledge of mechanical equipment, fabrication, inspection and testing activities. /liliPrevious experience with Saudi Aramco projects is highly desirable. /liliAPI 510 and/or API 653 certifications are considered a plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppLocation /ppMilan, Italy /ppbr / /ppDuration /pp2-year assignment /ppThe role is offered on a freelance basis and requires a valid VAT number. /ppbr / /ppIf you have the required experience and availability, please apply through this job posting. /p
