ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Knowing the menu and the composition of dishes inside and out.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Ensuring compliance with the setup requirements for the different services (lunch and dinner).
- Participating in and organising the service of one or more sections: taking and following up on orders, table service,
clearing tables.
- Ensuring the application of all service standards and procedures.
- Assisting the Management team with the training, motivation, and supervision of the team.
- Supervising and managing operational teams: staff schedules, training, evaluations.
- Participating in the promotion and sales of the hotel's services.
- Taking into consideration intolerances (allergens, dietary requirements).
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, previous experience in the hospitality sector, and a good command of English. Knowledge of Opera and Symphony software, as well as an additional language, would be appreciated.
Finally, if you are proactive, autonomous, adaptable, well-organised, and have a strong sense of initiative, if you are efficient in managing priorities and have excellent guest relations and customer service skills, then this position is made for you.
