As Senior Technical Recruiter you will lead end-to-end hiring for senior engineers and technologists, building high-performing technical teams. You will partner with Hiring Leaders and HR to understand complex tech needs and workforce plans, while shaping proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies. You'll strengthen LodgeLink's employer brand in Scottsdale through direct outreach and market presence, and own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding. This autonomous role emphasizes candidate pipelines, stakeholder advisory, and data-driven hiring outcomes. You help scale our technical talent to support rapid growth and strategic initiatives.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering and technology roles from intake to onboarding.
Collaborate with Hiring Leaders, HRBP & Supervisor, Recruitment to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Develop proactive, research-driven sourcing strategies with emphasis on headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
Build and maintain pipelines of senior technical talent for current and future needs.
Act as a LodgeLink brand ambassador to strengthen employer presence in Scottsdale.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and non-traditional methods.
Conduct talent mapping, market research,
and competitive analysis to inform sourcing and hiring.
Utilize social media to promote roles and employer branding content; engage with candidates.
Represent LodgeLink at industry events to attract top technical talent.
Recommend new recruitment tools, techniques, and process improvements; collaborate with agencies as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Manage pre- and post-hire processes, including background checks and onboarding coordination.
Deliver or support New Hire Orientation; maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment with senior-level focus.
Proven success in proactive sourcing and recruiting passive candidates in competitive markets.
Ability to build scalable recruitment processes and track activity/results.
Experience in agency and/or high-touch corporate recruitment, handling multiple requisitions.
Experience recruiting in the Scottsdale, AZ technology market.
Ability to partner with technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.
Strong employer branding mindset with capability to build market presence and candidate relationships in Scottsdale.
