Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:
- Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
- Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
- Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
- Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair),
against production data and reports
What we're looking for:
- A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field
- A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.
