We are looking for a motivated Lab Technician/Research Assistant to work in projects focused on the development of innovative Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) based on genetically engineered T lymphocytes and hematopoietic stem cells (HSC).Main tasksCell culture and genetic modification (lentiviral vector transduction, gene editing)
Process scale-up and standardization
Cell-based assays, molecular assays, flow cytometry analyses
Preparation of standard lab procedures and protocols
General lab supportQualifications and skillsMaster Degree (Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent)
Strong wet lab experience
Experience in ATMP and/or Good Manufacturing Practices as a plus
High accuracy, reliability, precision
Friendly, collaborative, proactive mindset
Good oral and written EnglishWe offerFixed term employment, 1 year, Fondazione Telethon ETS research contract, gross annual salary ************* € depending on qualifications and experience
