ppOn behalf of an innovative, rapidly growing health-tech company with a tangible social impact, we are seeking a: /p bAccount Manager – SaaS Software /b b(Ref. 14/26) /b pThe successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial development of a SaaS platform aimed at hospitals and blood transfusion centres. /p pThe role involves direct and ongoing interaction with high-level institutional contacts – General Managers, Medical Directors, Heads of Transfusion Medicine – with the aim of introducing digital solutions capable of improving clinical and organizational processes. /p pThe candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy throughout the entire sales cycle, in a context that requires credibility, sector knowledge and the ability to navigate the dynamics of the healthcare system effectively. /p pIn detail he/she will: /p ul lidevelop high-quality commercial relationships with hospitals and blood transfusion centres; /li lipresent the solution to senior decision‑makers, tailoring the message to clinical, organizational and institutional contexts; /li limanage complex negotiations, including within the healthcare system’s procurement processes; /li limaintain a continuous presence in the territory,
adopting a structured and long‑term approach; /li licontribute to the evolution of the commercial strategy, providing market insights. /li /ul pWe are looking for a candidate with proven experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions within the healthcare sector, who is already well‑established in the industry. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul li4–8 years’ sales experience in the healthcare sector; /li liunderstanding of decision‑making dynamics and procurement processes within the hospital sector; /li listrong operational autonomy, a methodical approach and a results‑oriented mindset; /li lia consultative approach and the ability to build trusting relationships over time. /li /ul pEssential: driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the country. /p h3What’s offered /h3 ul lia key role in the commercial development of a high‑impact solution within the healthcare system; /li lia rapidly growing environment, with real scope for action and responsibility; /li lidirect interaction with the company’s top management; /li lia gross annual salary of between €45,000 and €60,000 (OTE). /li /ul pPlace of work: Milan or Rome. /p pThis search is open to candidates of both genders (Law 903/77). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
