Creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract and engage talented candidates through both online and offline channels (e.G. career pages, social media, recruiting days, etc.).
Collection of the business needs in order to write clear and appealing job descriptions.Job Posting on major Job platforms and university portals.CV screening through out Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Call?interviews and in?person interviews with Hiring ManagersEnsure the best candidate experience,
taking care of the communication with candidates through all the recruiting stepsSupport in other exciting HR Projects suche as Internal Communication initiatives or Corporate EventsOffer Information6?month internshipWorking hour: full?time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)600€ monthly compensationTicket restaurant provided according to the company policyRequisitiWho are we looking for?
University Degree in Humanistic disciplines.
