For a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a Senior Process Engineer for the plant of Albese con Cassano (Como).The role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) in collaboration with R&D; and Operations teams.ResponsibiliesOversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring the validation of instrumentationGenerate and analyze significant amounts of data to monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and critical parameters, and propose tests to find solutions and remediesDevelop scalable solutions of interest to major industry licensors, primarily EPC contractors and other industrial entities in the sectorWork closely with internal teams to ensure process improvements are communicated and implemented across the organizationIdentify and develop improvement solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization, increased process reliability,
and reduced environmental impactSupervise junior colleagues, ensuring tasks are executed correctly and individual skill sets are enhancedCollaborate with potential new suppliers and/or third parties to continuously improve proprietary technology and the production processRequirements5–10 years of prior experience as a process engineer in a related field or with other licensorsProven experience in the engineering xysqume and management of chemical plantsKnowledge of key international engineering standardsExperience in the design of complex chemical processes (specifically: reactor design, separation processes, heat exchangers, and solids/slurry handling)What we offerPermanent employment contractRAL: 55.000€
