To grow our network of local and international partners, ready for moving to the Italian market, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) .
- Role Description
As Sales Manager Italy , you will drive commercial expansion in one of our core European growth markets. You will own the full sales cycle from qualified lead stage to contract signature and partner account setup on the fiskaltrust Portal .
In our business model, true revenue generation begins when partners are successfully onboarded to our fiskaltrust partner and customer portal and enabled to purchase products and subscriptions.
You will secure contract sign-offs, before seamlessly handing them over to Customer Success for account scale-up and product bundle rollouts.
- Key Tasks
- Full-Cycle Opportunity Management: Qualify incoming marketing sales leads, conduct commercial demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals with Italian POS vendors, integrators, and payment service providers.
- Portal Onboarding Completion:
Drive partners beyond contract signature to complete their registration and account activation on the fiskaltrust Portal, enabling commercial transaction capability.
- Sales-to-CS Handover: Facilitate smooth post-sales transitions to Customer Success Managers and Implementation Teams for subsequent rollout and product bundle adoption.
- Italian Market Engagement: Build high-value pipeline within the Italian POS and merchant software ecosystem through targeted outreach, industry events, and strategic networking.
- Commercial Feedback Loop: Track pipeline metrics in CRM and collaborate with Product and Market Support teams to adapt commercial offerings to Italian market requirements.
- Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience within SaaS, FinTech, POS software, or payment solutions—specifically targeting the Italian market.
- Closing Capability: Proven track record of managing structured sales pipelines, closing enterprise/partner agreements, and driving initial customer activation.
- Tech & Domain Familiarity: Solid understanding of B2B software business models, API-driven software products, and standard merchant POS workflows (knowledge of Italian fiscalization/RT frameworks is a strong plus).
- Languages & Execution: Business fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written) is required. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
