NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.
/p h3A few examples of your responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
/li liTranslate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
/li liSupport Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
/li liOrganize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
/li liCoordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
/li liPromote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in software engineering.
/li liProficiency in C# and .

NET Core (versions 6–10).
/li liSolid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
/li liProficiency in TypeScript.
/li liStrong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
/li liExperience with Unit Testing.

/li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
