Job DescriptionConstance Halaveli is a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and professional IVD Host to join our exceptional team. As an In-Villa Dining Host, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our discerning guests within the comfort and privacy of their villas. - Provide impeccable in-villa dining service, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction - Take and process guest orders accurately, communicating effectively with the kitchen team - Set up elegant dining arrangements within guest villas, paying meticulous attention to detail - Present and serve food and beverages with grace and professionalism - Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests - Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings - Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages - Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery - Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and efficiency - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas Qualifications - Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality - Strong communication abilities in English,
