/ppbr/ppWHAT YOU WILL LEARN /ppYou will collaborate with your tutor in supporting the Line to facilitate people life cycle management; precisely: /pp· Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management); /pp· Involvement in full life cycle recruitment; /pp· Development/international mobility career path – training plans; /pp· Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
/ppbr/ppWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /pp· Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy.
Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus; /pp· Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics; /pp· Fluency in English and good communication skills.
