ppBulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is searching for an Inventory Control Order Fulfillment Specialist. /ph3Mission /h3pManage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company FA and Logistics procedures. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliPerform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms /liliManage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system. /liliSupport Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow /liliSupport management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard /liliPerform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures. /liliGuarantee logistics support to events and fairs. /liliPerform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to FA procedures and indications. /liliMaintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. /liliAct as a reference point for IT projects. /liliSupport manager on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.
/liliMaster’s degree in Engineering or Economics /lili2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm /liliKnowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management /liliProject management tools and techniques /liliProficient with MS Office (especially Excel) – SAP/Power BI as a plus /liliFluency in Italian and English /liliTime management /liliCustomer Orientation /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliFlexibility /liliProactivity /liliProblem solving /liliTeamwork spirit /li /ulpFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 32.000.br/This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
