Since you'll be based at the Front Desk, you'll be an important reference point for guests during the night.
Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
Willingness to work during night hours, embracing the night charm.
Performing nighttime check-in and check-out routines and ensuring flawless book closings.
Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.
A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
~ Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
~3+ years' experience in 4 or 5-star hotels as a Night Auditor or Secretary Shift
~ A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
~ Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
Italian – fluently
English – fluently
Additional languages are a plus.

Our compensation policies are based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry , which provides for 14 salary payments per year .

Classification : C1 level under the CCNL Tourism Industry Agreement, determined according to the andidate's experience, skills, and degree of autonomy required by the role.
